If a capture won't start, the most common cause is a missing macOS permission.
Screen Recording
If this is missing, Aldoo Snap shows an alert with the exact fix: open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording, enable AldooSnap, then relaunch the app when macOS asks.
Camera, Microphone, and Accessibility
Check all four permissions at once in Options → Permissions — each row shows what it unlocks and lets you jump straight to the right System Settings page. Accessibility specifically is needed to pick exact windows for window capture.
